The Houston Rockets have been better than expected this season, mostly due to superstar James Harden. But their real test comes tonight, when they take on the Golden State Warriors, the NBA’s No. 1 power team. I mean, these guys have only lost six games halfway through the season – that’s how good they are.

There’s no doubt this will be a fierce, high-scoring game. Earlier this season, the Rockets beat the Warriors in double overtime. Golden State will be looking for revenge tonight.

The Rockets’ not-so-secret weapon is James Harden. He’s averaging a whopping 28.9 points per game this season, 11.6 assists, and 8.3 rebounds. He is the real deal. And with Harden, the Rockets are definite contenders.

And we knew before the season started that the Warriors would be contenders – especially with the addition of Kevin Durant to the star-studded lineup. With all their scoring power, the Warriors also have a solid defense this season. They’re a force to be reckoned with because they take all that power they have and use it well, balancing it generously throughout all aspects of their game.

If the Rockets can beat the Warriors tonight, there will be no question: the Rockets are a team to watch and fear.
