Adam Levine’s massive leg tattoo took 13 hours to complete

He must have a lot of time on his hands — and his legs.

Adam Levine has a wild new tattoo that covers his entire leg, and shared that the painful project took a whopping 13 hours to complete.

The Maroon 5 frontman, 42, posted a timelapse video of himself getting inked up by California-based tattoo artist Bill Canales on Instagram Monday.

“13 hours later…,” Levine captioned the clip.

“The Voice” judge can be seen relaxing on the table as the artist works his magic, even petting a pup for emotional support at one point.

Full Circle Tattoo also shared the video to Instagram, writing, “Two days and 13 hours later.. An incredible project by @billcanales on @adamlevine Definitely one worth watching! 👏🏻”

Levine’s leg art starts at his ankle and extends all the way up his thigh to his hip.

In a post to his own Instagram, Canales — who specializes in custom Japanese-influenced tattoos — added that Levine was “a true warrior to say the least.”

The singer’s body is covered with multiple other tattoos, including another giant design on his other leg that took three days to complete in March.

“Today was ouch but worth it,” he said of the Japanese-style wave tattoo by artist Nathan Kostechko at the time. He jokingly added that it was “most painful way to get a tan.”

He also unveiled a huge back tattoo in 2016 that took half a year to finish.

“6 months in the making. Thanks @bryanrandolph for absolutely blowing my mind with this one! Woooo hooooo!!!!” Levine shared at the time.

Levine has opened up about his love of ink in the past, telling People in 2013, “Tattoos wind up being this strange road map or narrative over the year. They always remind me of this long, weird, awesome journey life has been.”
