Clippers’ Montrezl Harrell apologizes to Mavericks’ Luka Doncic over ‘White boy’ remark

Montrezl Harrell, the forward player for Los Angeles Clippers, recently apologized to Luka Doncic, the star player for Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. This series of incidents happened after the former made a commentary during the third game of their recent playoff series.

As per sources, it was seen that Harrell went over to Luka during the warm-up session before the 4th game. In the previous game, the Clippers’ star had called Doncic the “b—h a—White Boy.” This drew some stink eye from the NBA fans.

This apology was addressed later by Harrell in his tweet post Game 4. It was also tweeted about by the official game channel ESPN. As per Harrell, the story was misinterpreted by the media. No one asked him for an apology. It was his own decision to clear the air to ensure that there is no false rumor-mongering outside.

He also added that he has nothing but massive respect for the Dallas Mavericks star. The latter responded, saying that the commentary did not bother him in any way, and he has only respect for his fellow player from the opponent team.
