Cops catch man accused of assaulting two traffic agents

Police have arrested the goon caught on video violently attacking two unarmed NYPD traffic agents last month, officials announced Monday.

Ismailia Mangara allegedly flew off the handle after agents Adams Mandiata and partner Edwyn Stuart, asked him to move his car from in front of a fire hydrant in the Bronx on Aug. 26.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison announced in a tweet Monday that the 48th precinct busted the 27-year-old Bronx man.

Mangara was charged with four counts of second-degree assault. He has a prior arrest from 2011 for gun possession, cop sources said.

Mangara allegedly immediately became irate at Mandiata and Stuart’s request that he move his car, barking, “What the f–k you guys here for?” Mandiata, 30, recounted to The Post at the time.

Mangara allegedly first tried to punch Stuart from inside the agent’s car, Mandiata said. And when the two men got out of their car, Mangara socked a much shorter Mandiata in the left eye.

Stuart, 35, can be seen in the video trying to go after Mangara who allegedly shoved him to his knees, giving him an ankle sprain.

Mangara then allegedly got in his car and began driving away after removing his rear New Jersey temporary license plate. But then he pulled over and tried to fight the traffic agents again, Stuart told The Post at the time.

Mangara could not be reached for comment.
