Football is returning to Pisgah’s Memorial Stadium for the first time in two years.
Football returns to Pisgah Memorial Stadium
Practices are beginning this month.
Players are on the field following repairs from damage from the remnants of Tropical Storm Fred in August 2021. For two seasons, the team had to practice elsewhere and play home games on the fields of other schools.

The coach said it’s a great feeling to be back.
“Just for the kids to walk across the bridge again to come down to practice, getting the community back in here, letting them see our kids – itβs a great venue for a lot of this, a lot of the community people here,β Brett Chappell said.
