Three men were shot — and one of them was critically wounded — in Brooklyn Tuesday afternoon, police said. The shooting happened at around 4:45 p.m. at  452 Dekalb Ave. near Clinton Hill, cops said. A witness said the victims appeared to be in their 20s. No further information was immediately available.
