A Texas high school was placed on lockdown after “multiple” people were shot on campus Wednesday morning, police said.
The shooting occurred at Timberview High School in Arlington, news station DFW-TV reported.
Police said the victims were rushed to the hospital, though they didn’t provide further details about their condition.
Footage posted to Twitter showed students scramble to take cover as gunshots rang out.
Mansfield Independent School District said the school was on lockdown while authorities investigate the active shooter situation, the outlet reported.
